Uwe Scherdel hat in den letzten Jahren seine osteopathische Kompetenz in puncto Kiefergelenksbehandlung speziell erweitert. Das Kiefergelenk, auch TMG (Temporo-Mandibular-Gelenk) genannt, hat eine außergewöhnliche Stellung in der Welt der Therapie. Schon die Diagnose Cranio-Mandibuläre Dysfunktion (CMD) zeigt auf, dass das TMG im Zusammenhang mit dem Kopf (Cranio), aber auch mit den ersten beiden Halswirbeln, erweitert dann auch mit der gesamten Wirbelsäule, somit auch mit den Fascien, als auch dem Bewegungsapparat und natürlch auch mit den inneren Organen zu betrachten und zu behandeln ist.
Herr Scherdel hat bei der DGOM im April 2016 und im November 2017 zwei Masterkurse unter Leitung von Dr. med. Rolf Hansen und Prof. Dr. med. J. Kopp belegt. Seit dem hat Uwe Scherdel schon viele Patienten mit dieser speziellen Diagnose behandelt und somit seine therapeutische Kompetenz erweitert.
